All our dishes are vegan.
Most of our dishes are gluten free, usually about 80-90% of the weekly menu. You can check allergens on each dish to see which ones are gluten free.
Yes. There is no point talking health if you don’t! Pretty much all our beans and grains are now organic. Many of our oils (Olive, Sesame, Coconut) and condiments are also organic.
We are supplied by two organic, local farms – Riversfield Farm and The Garden Gnomes, receiving seasonal organic vegetables for our dishes year round. We are also supplied by Willie McCormack Fruit and Veg based in Skerries. The vast majority of our dried goods come from Irish Independent Health Foods, based in Cork.
You will receive a text message the evening before your delivery confirming your time window. On the day you can then track your order live to get a very accurate time estimate.
Most dishes last for 6 or 7 days in the fridge. Your order arrives with a instruction sheet confirming the shelf life of all dishes.
Your order arrives with a instruction sheet advising on reheating methods. Dishes can be reheated in a pot on the hob or in the oven.
Yes. For one month.
Yes. Most of our packaging is fully compostable, the rest is paper based. We don’t use any plastics.
No. We can leave it on your doorstep or with a neighbour and text you once it arrives or you can leave alternative information in the notes section at checkout.
It’s delivered chilled. Ready for your fridge/freezer.
Either Midnight Thursday or until stocks last. Our website is restocked every Friday morning for the following weeks deliveries. You can order anytime frtom Friday until Thursday midnight. The sooner the better!
